A 1.5 mm tolerance is standard for all our printed products. This tolerance will ensure a perfectly printed edge on your design. Please closely consider the exact placement of your text and symbols. Items placed too close to the edge may be “cut off” due to this tolerance. Use the design preview as your guide.

Please read the following information before uploading your file:

The following formats are supported: PDF, JPG, TIFF or PNG. We recommend 300 dpi for optimum resolution.

Please add a 1.5 mm tolerance around the entire perimeter of your design. This tolerance will ensure a perfectly printed edge. Your uploaded file must “hang over” the edge of the label perimeter by 1.5 mm.
EXAMPLE: If your chosen label size is 60 x 15 mm, your logo/design should fit this exact measurement. The uploaded file should measure 63 x 18 mm to account for the 1.5 mm tolerance. Please omit any crop lines
